Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, hehr555's system will continue to process the round or bet according to the standard game or bet logic. hehr555 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on your side. Currency and Rounding: All game results and bet settlements are calculated and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where fractional amounts arise from game calculations, hehr555 rounds to the nearest Taka using standard mathematical rounding.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your hehr555 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Where an account is closed by hehr555 due to suspected fraud or Terms & Conditions violation, hehr555 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance will be forfeited. If no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will have their accounts closed immediately upon request. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your right to access and use hehr555 terminates immediately.
